Khanom Sai Sai, Volume 01 is a 28-page English PDF e-book, including the cover. It teaches one dessert using banana-leaf parcels and heatproof molds. No physical book or video course is included.

How do downloads work?

Are the recipes suitable for beginners?

Each edition shows its difficulty level and explains unfamiliar Thai ingredients. Some techniques may still require practice.
